There are many datasets containing images/tabled numerical regarding wildfires. Based on those two criterions, there is only one dataset that is most useful for us: Kaggle Wildfire Detection Image Dataset.
The dataset above comes with 1,900 images of “Fire” and “Not Fire.” By using different image transformation techniques (i.e. colour change, rotation, zoom in/out), we could multiply the number of images by more than 5 times to approximately 10,000 images. In addition, we chose this category because of its ease of use.
The dataset will allow us to increase the accuracy of our model.
